Feature request, Highlight Matching () [] {} |
When I'm going through my old settings or even making a new script it would be MUCH easier to edit some of them if when I selected, or click beside, a bracket ect cMud would highlight the matching bracket.
You mentioned a few times that you want cMud to be the best editor for cMud scripts. I think, "hope at least" this would be a simple change that would make a lot of us happy.
I know it would make changing my own settings over from Zmud to cMud
easier. |

Hear, hear. In addition, when the cursor crosses a bracket, etc., highlight the matching one.

Not sure how simple this is. I'm using a 3rd party rich-edit control and doing bracket highlighting like this isn't a builtin feature so I'd have to add it myself, which means modifying the 3rd party sources. I'm afraid that this kind of feature will have to wait until after the initial public release.
So be sure to sent it using the Send Feedback so it gets into the tracking database and doesn't get forgotten about many months from now. |
