need help problem recieving toolbar and button's from mud

i just recently bought zmud and im very noob to it. i play materia magica and when you log on the mud put's a hp,sp and st bar at bottom of window along with eq,inv, and many others. but all of a sudden now i dont recieve and buttons or bars from the mud and it was working fine so i think i messed something up  in my cmud it works ok but i want to use zmud any help you can give me is much appreciated. i have tried everything for two day's straight. is there anyway to reset everything back to like when i got it? i even reinstalled and still the same thing.
