Pasting copies double with CTRL-V |
Stange thing has happened. When I copy text off the screen and try to paste it in the entry box it pastes it twice. For exampe if I try and copy "vial23392", I hilight it and hit ctrl-c. Then when I paste it puts "vial23392vial23392".
It used to work correctly, so I'm not sure whether this is a settings problem I did by accident or if ZMud got hosed accidently and I need to reinstall.
Searching through the similar issues I see that some recommend reinstalling, while others seem to think a reboot or other system fixes may solve it. Has anyone conclusively found the root of this problem? |

Well, enabling the "Enable Menu key shortcuts" seemed to fix it for me. Very strange. Perhaps this is why a reinstall fixed it for some. Perhaps that is the default choice on a clean install.

Hmm, you may have finally found the cause for this wierd bug. Yes, "Enable Menu key shortcuts" IS enabled by default in a clean install.

A bit late, sorry, but I had this same problem. Switching to a clean profile fixed it for me, without uninstalling or anything... and lo and behold, enable menu key shortcuts was disabled in the broken profile.
