Help importing paths |
I have just installed a new copy of zmud and am trying to import old scripts. The scripts are in text format and instead of being imported to the settings are sent directly to the mud.
The mud is returning messages such as 'that is not a command' and 'unknown command'
I have tried both 'Settings' -> 'Import'
and
'File' -> 'Import text'
The command character # is enabled in preferences.
An example of the paths I am trying to import is below, the file is saved as an asci text.
------
#CLASS {speedwalks}
#PATH {area1} {run n2une}
#PATH {area2} {run 3nes}
#CLASS 0
------
When I create the scripts in zmud and export them, this is the same format they are saved in. For some reason zmud has no problem importing the text files it creates, but will not import my old scripts.
Thanks in advance,

make sure that for some odd reason you don't have parsing disabled.

Dumas,
I have found that saving the settings as a MUD file overcomes this problem.
By the way, parsing is enabled.
