CMUD crashes on large .mud files |
I have a 279k mud file that has all the scripts I downloaded. Cmud starts giving access violations when I import it.

I know this was an issue in 1.00 but i havent seen it since and i loaded one as big as 800k-1mb into it.
What i have learned thus far is at least at this point its best to redo each script 1 by 1. If you arent the author and you got it from these forums chances are that they are in the process of converting or redoing them. |

Send me the *.MUD file at support@zuggsoft.com along with an explaination of what errors you are getting.
However, I should mentioned that in many cases, a really large MUD file indicates that it is corrupted. If you *know* that your MUD file is really complex and expected to be large, then that's fine. But 279K is pretty large for a MUD file and unless you know why it might be that large, it might be corrupted. |
