[1.03] Feedback and Crashdumps |
I have had problems sending these in the past and after finally running a packet sniffer the cause seems to be the use of an http proxy. As soon as I turned mine off I was able to put a feedback through succesfully. So I thought others that are having trouble with those things might post information about the proxy setting they use.
Mine is localhost port 8080. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it mentioned somewhere that the Feedback mechanism uses the MSIE libraries and so setting your proxy info in IE would help fix this problem?

That is where mine is set, and that was where I had to turn it off to get a feedback to go through. I think it is more a matter of the port as that was in the middle of the DNS request I saw when examining the packets.
