I don't know what I'm doing wrong but any PMs that I send just sit in Outbox, what do I have to do to get them out of Outbox and sent.

Yeah, I noticed that too, but they just went eventually (not sure how long, probably 10 mins)

Ton says they sit in the Outbox until the person they are sent to reads them. This actually makes sense because I sent a couple last night and 1 has gone while the other is still there.

Confirmed.
I sent one to Taz and it say in my Outbox till he read it this morning whence it moved to the Sent box. |

You can also re-edit them if they are still in the outbox
