OK well getting close to end of second day trying to get my reg key from the zmud store. OK my bad for not writing it down or putting it on a floppy as many crashes, viruses and new computer i have gone through
of late i should have at least coppied it down rather than going to the store to retrieve it each time. The old style i can remember in my sleep and have version 7.05 up and running,, But i cant access the key for the newer version with spellcheck adn updates.. so i sit and wait for an email which is very frustrating that now having all my software back in I am at the mercy of someoen in support to read one of the four emails i senbt and reply to at least one of them.. If i have to purchase it again i will probably just stick with 7.05 since its working with the orignal key from 2000 when i purchased it.. Embarassed

Assuming you can log into the store and it recognises that you've bought zMUD then you should be fine and it may just be that you've requested the key too many times recently - in which case wait a day or so and try again.
If the store isn't recognising your old purchase but you have your original key then mail support with your key, name, the email address you purchased it with etc. and they'll probably be able to attach it to the new account. If it's taking a day or two longer than normal then it may be because Zugg has just finished a 9 month long coding binge and released CMUD Beta, so he's taking a well earned rest before coming back to a barrage of rabid beta testers.

Bear with them though, I had a similar problem with my key (where I bought it using an email from a domain I no longer own) and they got it resolved very quickly.
