Spreadsheet view and find problem

I play on Discworld mud and have several thousand rooms on my map. Everything worked great until today. I can't now use the find or enter spreadsheet view. I get an error up with the message:
" is not a valid name.Make sure that it does not include invalid characters or punctuation and that it is not too long.
If I then click on OK I get an empty spreadsheet.
The map is still working OK and I can speedwalk with double click or with a walk to a named room using an alias. |

More information - the map does NOT work correctly I cannot pass from one zone to another without getting an error message:
Error parsing command:
FullObjTbl: cannot perform this operation on a closed data set.
The map then switches to the new zone but only to the room last used in that zone and then sometimes hangs. |
