Help my alias' stopped working

Hiya
Not sure what I did here but for one of my characters none of my alias' work and nor does multiple commands ie w;open door;e.
Can anybody help please.

Have a look and see if the small computer like icon on the right of the command line has a red cross through it, if it does then click it to remove the red cross.
