Changes to %1..%99 parameter variables

Oh yes, there still is a problem when my prompt starts with a ). But this isn't fixed with {"%literal(%1)">}. My prompt can also contain [], and these disappear when the prompt begins with a ). My workaround for this was not use the value of my prompt variable for my prompt substition and to use %line instead.

CMUD should really help with this. With the changes to how %1..%99 are expanded more like normal variables, you won't have to worry nearly as much about special characters screwing stuff up.

#VAR Prompt {%1">"}

is all that you'll need in CMUD no matter what special characters are stored in %1.
