Forgetting to Upgrade before purchase

Well I was using an elicence vesion of zmud and my trail ran out. I didnt think to upgrade before purchase and It reminded me after I purchased the program from elicence. I tried the methods listed in the sticky but it says my email cannot be found in the user database. Also my trial ended magically for the new version. I would like to use Zmud as I have used its trail versions for years and finally decided to bite the bullet and buy.
