Zmud new license still awaiting.
 
Just out of curiosity, I had an old license and would like to get it updated and have emailed support already. How long does it take before they get back to you?

I have read the faq regarding elicenses and it doesn't apply to me.

If you have the old type of code, simply go to the Zuggsoft Software Store (on this website) and log in to the "Your Store Account" section on the left-hand side of the screen. You will probably need to first click the "recover password" button below the log-in screen and enter your email address (the one you used wayyy back when you first bought zMUD). It will send your log-in password to that email address. Then, simply log in to the account and there will be an option to get your license code for zMUD.

Also, even if I did use the recover password, the email addresses that would have been waayyyyyy back, I wouldn't have access to anymore. That was college email addresses which I am totally out of it.

Zugg and Chiara generally respond to emails in less than 48 hours, guaranteed. Sometimes the email filters nab messages they aren't supposed to, so if you didn't hear back from them in such time they probably didn't get your email. Also, for special occasions such as vacationtime, holidays, or known upcoming technical issues they will announce beforehand that they will not be responding as fast.

As they have already told you, if you don't get a response within 48 hours, you should email us again. Also make sure your email account is set up to accept mail from support@zuggsoft.com and that you don't have a full mailbox or anything like that. There is nothing we can do for you in the forum...we can only deal with license issues via email.

Thanks problem solved, Chiara responded back with the corrections. Updated and it should be good to go..now I don't have to fear missing CMUD!!

Good job by the way....wow...8 years having zmud...getting old!!
