Zugg's Holiday Schedule

Each year, Chiara and I take off for 2 weeks around the Christmas and New Year holiday.
So, starting today, we won't be doing our email as regularly as normal, so you might experience support delays via email.
I encourage everyone to use these forums to help each other as much as possible during our vacation. We'll be back to our normal quick response time on January 2nd.

Happy New Year!
We are back in the office and back to our normal work schedule now. It will take us a couple of days to get caught up with our email backlog, so thanks for your patience.
I should have my annual New Year's Letter posted later today or tomorrow.
