Can not connect to Simutronics game + access violation

Ok, I did as much research as I could after looking through the forums a bit and tried some troubleshooting before I jumped on here. First the accesss violation is
Access violation at address 007A4D92 in module 'Zmud.exe'. Read of address 000002FC.
It happens after I choose my character when the black screen comes up and tries to connect. I'm using the newest version of zmud, just downloaded it last night.
I also can not get it to connect to the simutronics game Gemstone IV. (labelled Gemstone III in the list).
I talked to my sysadmin, he said I am behind a firewall, but the 7900 and 10024 ports are not blocked. We also do not use a proxy server. I tried setting my connection timeout to 90 seconds, that hasn't worked either.
Looking for other methods that may help me connect, thank you! |
