Need complex settings files for zMUDXP |
I need some complicated *.MUD settings files to test the import and new database structure being used in zMUDXP.
In particular, I'm looking for settings that use multiple trigger conditions, and have multi-state buttons.
The more complex, the better ;)
Just email them to sales@zuggsoft.com and include "zMUD Settings" in the subject. Make sure they are less than 5MB in size (if you have a settings file larger than this, then it's probably corrupted ;)
I'll post again here when I think I have enough examples to test with.
Thanks for the help! |

Bumping this topic because I've only received files from TWO people and would like more. The more complex settings examples I can get and test, the better the zMUDXP compatibility will be!
So please read the top post in this thread and send me your complex settings! |

Oh yes, since some people have asked...I will keep your settings files totally confidential. The files will only be used for testing purposes to improve zMUDXP and will not be shared with anyone else or used for any other purpose.

I will try to get you off a set this weekend. I am just not sure my settings are complex enough to be worthwhile. I tend to take the less is more view in what I script. The less I script the more I actually get to play, but I will zip up all my settings from various muds.
Actually sending it now. I wiped out all the backups and had to delete the largest map, but most of the stuff you might test with that one is also duplicated in my Achaea setup for which I included the map I have. Probably not enough things in there that met your original requests, and I have a tendency to write very syntax checker happy code too. |

It would be nice if we received confirmation of delivery. I know emails get lost, even to sales@, so maybe some that were sent weren't received???? Just a thought.

Good idea...I'll do a response to the ones I received today. I think I have enough files now to keep me busy for a while. If I need more files, I'll post again. Thanks very much for the responses!
