Displaying door commands in path

Under Map Preferences->Speedwalking there is a checkbox for "Add door commands to Saved Paths". This is a great feature. The only problem I am having is that while the checkbox is enabled, it is sending both the commands from the checkbox and the actual commands from the mapper resulting in the commands being issued twice. Is there any way to turn off the commands sent from the mapper?
