ZMud Hangs on Opening

Alright, I have a feeling this will either be unbelievably simple and make me feel stupid for not figuring it out or far, far too complex and make me feel stupid for thinking it was ZMud, but when I open my ZMud, I get the castle splash and the initializing, etc. But after that, ZMud is minimized to the taskbar, and restoring it does nothing but take the highlight off of any other window I might have been looking at, as if ZMud is completely transparent. Of course, clicking on anything just switches windows, so it isn't actually just transparent. I've tried some of the basic dumbass ways to mess up, and LicCtrl is all running and I uninstalled, reinstalled, unlicensed, relicensed, and rebooted a couple dozen times now. I can close it up fine by right clicking and closing, and that ends the process completely, but the same problem just comes up again and again. Anyone have any ideas? Please?

what likely happened is the zmud.ini file got corrupted. You can safely delete that, or go looking for specific lines pertaining to specific windows and editing the values to something else (ie, Isminimized = 0). If you delete it, ZMud will recreate it minus any global settings you may have created.

Thought i'd take the time to register just to say thanks... You've saved me having to delve back into Putty or heaven forbid Telnet and i sure didnt want to go back down that dark road.
