HELP--registration doesn't work anymore

Hello all,
Until now I've never had a problem when the re-register window popped up--just update butten and presto! Now it rejects me. :( This ViaTech
eLiscence asks for my confirmation that was e-mailed when I purchased Zmud. So, I entered the registration code that I got from kagi (August 1999) but it was rejected! I then entered the 24 number/letter combo
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx that I also got when registering but that get's rejected too. So now my "temporary liscence" will expire in October. I made sure of no typos when entering stuff (as opposed to this message ha ha). The offline method did not work either so now I'm pretty ticked off. Can anyone help this this? Please?

Have you tried upgrading? Zugg took out the elicense wrapper in version 7.20.
