New Zuggsoft Store is online! |
The new Zugg Software Store is now online. You can see it by clicking the Purchase link on the main toolbar at the top of the web page.
To obtain your login password for the store, click the Recover Password link on the left side of the store and enter the email address that you used to purchase a product. Your login information will then be emailed to you.
To view your order history or retrieve your license key, log into the store using the password that was mailed to you above, and then click the Order History link on the left. Select the product order to see its details and click the Retrieve License Key to have a new license key emailed to you.
You can also get a license key by downloading the new version of the software and if it detects an old eLicense registration code on your system, an Upgrade button will be displayed. Click this Upgrade button and follow the instructions and your old eLicense code will be automatically upgraded to a new license key.
If you have problems getting a license key, you need to email your registration info to support@zuggsoft.com. If you find any bugs in the new shopping cart system, go to The Store Topic in the Web Site Forum and report it there.
I hope everyone likes the new shopping cart system and new licensing system. |

This is (hopefully) a slightly silly question. But what if someone else bought me a licnce, and just sent me the licence, so I have that, but it won't show up in my order history?

Not a silly question at all :)
Just email us the reg code along with the name and email address of the person who bought it for you. In your case I know who it was ;) But in general, it's a good idea to include the gift email message that you received to prove that it was really a gift. And in some cases we might sent an email confirmation to the original purchaser to verify the license transfer. Anyway, we can then update the new database and put the order under your own email account.
In the future this won't be a problem because of the Gift Certificate system built into the new store. |
