Reset settings

Sorry for the noob type question, but how does one reset there window prefferences. I played with docking etc, and just want the original settings back.
Please help  |

Generally they can be reset from the menu Layout|Reset Windows. Some configurations may not be covered from this menu. If you have problems we may be able to help with a further description of how things are and how you want them.
