v7.13b sluggish display

I get a sluggish display in .13b when fighting a monster or oving around it decides to simply not disply the text. If however I type a command that gets #CAP and #GAG the display corrects itself; also if I hit CTRL-Z twice in succession.
I reverted back to 7.11 and the problem went away, so no worries.
If anyone knows whats up, I am curious. |
