need help with making a trigger and simple script.

ok the problem that i am having is that i need to loop my speedwalk so it goes on forever, and the the other thing i need is to make a room trigger to #step when the mob leaves or when there is no mob in the room at all. If some one can help me write this i will be really greatfull because i am a real newbie when it comes to this stuff.
