Automapper Descriptions Problem |
So far the automapper has been working for me fine except for one issue; in the left hand colum, after it automaps a room, it puts the description there. I would rather have the room name put there. I am playing Achaea and more often than not I get "there is a totem laying on the ground" on my automapper description. I would rather see "Path in the Hills." Is this possible to have the room name show for the automapper rather than the room description?

Ok, so I figured that problem out on my own but am encoutering another problem. If I go to a room that I've already been too, it overlaps on the map. I remember reading something about a #BACKWARD or #BACK command but I cannot remember if it was in regards to this.

No, no relation to your problem. What happens is that ZMud compares what just appeared from the mud with the room information for the room it thinks you're supposed to be in. If the information is different, instead of overwriting it the automapper creates a new room. Since this room happens to be right on top of an existing room, the rooms are stacked on top of each other and staggered so you can see them all. You can select them all and then merge them (there's even a way to do it via a script, but I dunno how to do it other than with the #MERGE command). This will combine all the stacked rooms into one room, but will include all the directions of all the merged rooms (this is important to know for areas that don't map well).
