another speed question: #TR {{@list}}

I think I know the answer to this question, but I want to make sure..

#VAR allies {zugg|kjata|chiara|etc}
#TR {{@allies}} {#CW 10}
OR
#TR {zugg} {#CW 10}
#TR {kjata} {#CW 10}
#TR {chiara} {#CW 10}
#TR {etc} {#CW 10}

I believe the stringlist option will slow down trig parsing a lot.. in fact I know it does, if I have more than two (allies and enemies) going, I notice delay in the arrival of lines normally.

My question though.. is about the second option. A trigger for each individual name on my lists will introduce another 40 or more single word triggers to my settings. Is this any better than two stringlist triggers?
