Open up zMUD, but don't connect to your character. Instead, right-click on it, and select 'Edit.'
You can delete the password and also uncheck the 'Automatically use this character and password to log in' box if you do not wish to use it any more.

Oh, you're also looking for the auto reconnect? Go to View -> Preferences -> General, then click on the menu item that says "Connection." From there, you can uncheck the second option that says "Auto reconnect."
There ya go.
