Vertical gauge?

Is there any way to make a gauge button fill up vertically instead of horizontally?
What I want is one big vertical bar on the left of the mud output screen for health and another one on the right for mana. |

Yeah, just resize it so that the width is lower than the height.

That won't work, if he wants it to change vertically, which he does.
