How to stop #PLAY?

I wonder, if you have started to play a .MP3 or .WMA file with using #PLAY, how can you stop it again?
And is there anyway to play it in FF (FastForward)?

#MEDIA stop
Will stop the currently playing media file, and there is no way to FF Rewind or Pause |
