7.12 errors

some character files (.mud) seem to get rejected when loading causing 2 access violation errors. it also prevents the window from connecting, displaying the correct label.
the bug also prevents the command line from getting focus when you click in a window but instead it treats it as if you hit alt (typing results in opening menus and such) |

Please read the other posts in this forum before posting. There are several other threads on this same topic. I'm locking this thread so that all of the posts about this error when opening a window can be handled in a single thread.
