I have uploaded zMUD 7.12 to the web site.

This version fixes several issues with 7.11. See the version history for details, but mainly it fixes the command line word wrapping on old versions of Windows, fixes a lot of COM API problems like GetVar, and seems to fix the error opening windows that some people were having.

I've also make the new version of zsConvert smarter about not needing ADO/MDAC, and zMUD is better at detecting and running this new version. I was finally able to test zMUD on an old Win98 system with no MDAC installed at all, and it now works fine (it was a mess before). Of course the mapper still requires MDAC.

Anyway, download the new version and give it a try. I'll update the "Check for new version" file tomorrow if all looks good.

Remember to post bug reports to NEW TOPICS in the forum. Thanks for your patience on these last couple of versions.

And remember to tell your friends to donate to Zuggsoft by purchasing a new zMUD license. The more copies of zMUD 7.1x that I sell, the sooner you'll see new features in the future.

Oops, I uploaded the 7.11 version again instead of 7.12. If you ran 7.12 and it still said 7.11a, then download the file again. Sorry for that.
