window moves up when mouse is moved

When I move my mouse anywhere around zMud the main screen goes up and I have to constantly pull it back down. Has anyone seen this problem or know how I can fix it?
It didn't do this with any of the older versions I used but I wanted to upgrade and decided to buy since it is a great product but cannot Mud now b/c this is constantly happening everytime I go to click on something. |

I've only seen this when using WindowsBlinds... so I don't use WindowsBlinds anymore mainly for this reason.
