Replace name trigger

I am needing a trigger which will replace names on my screen. For example I want the name Mayhem to display as Daddy. Is there some way I can do this so that it will display like that everytime, weither it is on a clan chan, a say, a tell, or just when viewing users online, etc?
Its for Achaea if that helps |
