#button code and 4.62

Ok, this code works splendidly in 7.05. A friend of mine tried to use it in 4.62 (using Windows 2k) and he received the error message: Cannot launch WebBrowser under Windows 3.x
Any clue how to modify this so it works?

Why doesnt your friend just upgrade to 7.05?

The #URL command does not exist in v4.62, which is about 5 years old now. Tell him to upgrade to 7.05.
