Zmud Database and SQL

Im busy constucting a database to monitor everything that a group member, and myself do while playing. This is then used to create a rating. Mainly for ingame competition. I would like to now do two things with it and wondered if anyone could help me.
1) Reset all the data in the database apart from the Name column.
2) Using an alias automatically connect to an SQL server, and import the data contained in the db.
Any help would be appreciated.
