WindowBlinds? Still Not working Right

Is anyone else having the same problem I am with windowblinds? Not all, but a majority of the skins I actually *like* to use cause the window to rollup. I know the simple solution to this is to change skins to something that doesn't behave that way, but if this is supposed to support windowblinds, it seems like this is something that should be fixed.
