AC Explorer version 2.22c

I know the free version is unsuported but I thought I would ask anyway. when I try to DL the File its saying its only 262k. and when I try to install it gives me an error "could not initialize installation (crc)".
I have tried to Dl it several times, I also cleared my cache and even deleted cookies and still not working. I know others are having this Problem also, due to the fact they has posted on the VNBoards/Utilities forums. any help would be appriciated.
I am running:
Windows XP Sp1
all current with windows updates |

Yep, see the other post on this same topic. The file has been repaired, so try uploading it again.
