Can't Update to 3.32?

I currently have version 3.26 - I've replaced the ini file to the 9/03 per instructions (old one was dated 5/02!). Now trying to update terrain, software and other goodies but the software won't update. I'm on Win 98 dialup (I know). Been meaning to update everything long before now - just didn't realize it had been that long. Thanks

If the software won't update then just go to the Downloads page on this site and download the latest version manually and then run it and install it into the same directory as your older version. Some older dialup systems have trouble with the autoupdate code.
