Start Location |
Is there a way to get the Zmud mapper to remember which room it's positioned at so that it loads up to that room when it's restarted again?
At the moment Im having trouble configuring Zmud to do this.
Ive tryed clearing the start location, setting a new start location, and recall location. Nothing works.
On load the map always focuses room number 1.
(Using Zmud 7.05a) |

Your current position is not actually stored in the map. It is stored directly in your settings (.mud) file. I have never had a problem with it remembering this location. Perhaps you are not saving your settings on exit, your file is read-only, or you are using multiple characters from the same file.

Are you sure that the map position is not stored in the map?
The reason I ask is because when I open my map with zMapper my last position is loaded no problem.
Yet when I load it with zMud it always returns me to room #1
Im at a complete loss as to how to remedy this. |
