Problem with registration
|
I am having trouble registering latest version of Zmud 7.05. I wanted to
upgrade from 5.55 and it all went smoothly except registration part. When I try to register I get an error 501 that there is no such registration in data base. I tried to contact support@elicense.com but got no
answer for 6 days already. Also contacted sales@zuggsoft.com from which I received my registration information back then but no answer from there either.
What can I do to register new v7.05 version? |

did you try the the off-line license?

Chances are you have an older version of the license,
Both companies have very good support so Chances are your emails have gotten lost via spam-protection and also Zugg is prolly facing a backlog of email cause he declared himself on holiday for pretty much all of december.
I would resend an email to either
support@elicense.com
or
support@zuggsoft.com |

Thx for help guys. Zugg responded and from that answer I understood that I had confused order id with registration code. In e-mail I received from zugg sales after registering zmud I had order id and registration code. When I launched zmud v7.05 it asked to reregister license and asked for order id in license screen which I typed in but it always gave same error 501. Now after Zugg responded that my registration code is ok and should try again I just tried to use registration code instead of order id in that license screen and it worked.
I guess the licensing screen is just confusing what should be entered. |
