turning mapper off from command line

sorry to ask such a dumb question, but my search results nor the help files lead me to how to do this. for my bot i run i need to turn off the map, i would like to incorporate this into my alias that starts it up, but cant find a #MAPOFF function or whatever, i looked through the command list on help and still can't find how to do it. is it possible or do i have to open up the map window every time and click off?

From the top of my head I believe this is the correct command #MENU {Mapper|File|Off}

Isn't there a %mapmode() or something to lock down the map, or would that only be available via Zmapper's plugin functionality? I seem to remember Zugg announcing this around the time he started ZMapper, but I don't recall if it was for that or for the wider ZMud mapping stuff.

Something like these?

#CALL %maplocked(1)
//Locks the mapper *follow mode*

#CALL %maplocked(0)
//Unlocks the mapper *map creation mode*

i tried using #MENU {Mapper|File|Off}, but it didn't work, #MENU {Mapper|File|Follow} switches the mapper to Follow mode, but Off doesn't do it, after fiddling with it, the correct sequence is #MENU {Mapper|File|Map Off}, figured id share that if anyone else cares and wants to do this for running bots or whatever

#MENU {Mapper|File|Map} -- Turns the map off
#MENU {Mapper|File|Follow} -- Turns follow mode on

What id like to know is what's the command to set the mapper to mapping mode?

#MENU {Mapper|File|Map Creation Mode} sets the map to creation mode
