Setting whacked?

According to the reference and helpfiles online, using this line:

#echo %format("&.0n", 123456789)

should display: 123,456,789

however... it displays: 123 456 789

No commas...

So I'm wondering if I have some weird setting unchecked or the like...

I believe Zmud uses the Windows Settings for stuff like Dollar signs commas decimals and periods, This can be found in your windows-control panel- regional settings
