Buttons/guages

Buttons have been a serious problem for me for some reason.
I have no problem making them, but I always have a lot of trouble with positioning them.
The panels really tend to screw me up, if I move one buttons panel, multiple buttons will move with it. Or the same with moving a button, move one, and all the others move with it.
Is there a more simpler way to adjust buttons?

Also, one major problem I have with buttons are. If I import my script into a new character, all the buttons positions reset to the top. Which is annoying as it was hard enough to position them in the first place. Any way to make this easier?

After you get your buttons positioned where you want them remove the Autoposition checkmark from each one
