Mapper on a MUCK: Character gets tired, mapper does not

There is a stamina stat on a character that keeps you from speedwalking all over the place without resting.
If you are exhausted and can not move it says:

Quote:
You need to rest!
You have no energy. Wait a bit.
You can't go that way.

Before this happens, the MUCK will tell you:

Quote:
You feel tired.
You feel winded.

Now, what I need it to do is stop when it sees that I need to rest.
Another nice thing is perhaps to have it show down once I get tired, but that is not really needed as much.
Can the mapper be programed to do any of this?

http://www.zuggsoft.com/library/speedwalking.htm

Also your three questions could have all been asked in one post.

Ah, that is a useful page. This post is then useless. The other two however would be bad to shove into one post. It is harder for people to find the resolutions to things if they are hidden under another post.
