synchronizing map databases |
I am currently running zmud 7.05 on two separate computers and I'm having an issue with getting a zone that I have mapped on one computer over to the other. Now this wouldn't be a problem (I'd just copy the whole map file over) except that the computer I want to add those zones to has other zones that i've mapped that are not in the other file. I don't see anywhere where you can just save a zone to a file and I can't open both files at the same time and copy/paste the rooms from one map file to the other. I tried the import zone and grabbed the map file from the other computer but it took that whole map 200+ zones and put them all into 1 zone... it didn't import that right either the database was filled with a bunch of garbage looking at it in spreadsheet view. I'd rather not have to remap zones that i've already done if it can be helped. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Search the forums for Charbal's Zone Copy Utility.
