Random Name Generation |
For those who are too lazy to alt-tab out to another window to generate a random fantasy based name.
It's not very pretty, but it works and figured I'd share it with you all.
The idea and rules came from: http://spitfire.ausys.se/johan/names/
2 commands are associated with this script, and 2 variable functions.
NOTE: You MUST run the 'setuparray' command once (and only once) prior to using the functions or the 'randomname' alias.
setuparray - alias, initializes 6 array variables that store data needed to generate names
NOTE: As stated above you MUST type 'setuparray' atleast once.
randomname - alias, displays 25 female names and 25 male names
@zx_namegen_male - function, returns a random male name
@zx_namegen_female - function, returns a random female name
namegen.zip
namegen.txt
Enjoy,
