Why do I keep getting asked to update my rooms?

When I'm going on speedwalks it often asks me if I want to update all 50/20/5 rooms, whatever. Is there an option to make this stop since I dont want it to update?

Make sure your no in map mode and that you don't have any room property windows open

I have found this happens to me when some of the rooms in the speed walk have something checked on the 'other' tab of room properties. I've seen it happen with 'Reload Room Name', 'Reload Room Description', and 'Force entry into this room' checked.
For me, it didn't matter what windows were open or what mode I was in.
I end up selecting a large number of rooms and unchecking the setting in the properties window. Once all the check boxes are clear, I don't have the update box pop up again in that zone. |
