Color problems

I just installed 7.05 on an XP machine with no previous version of zMUD. First thing I did after that was import character settings files into the new software from old Win98 machine. Everything seems to work fine but on the MUD I play the client no longer "sees" BOLD text. All other colors display just fine but bold text comes into me as plain. What do I need to change to fix it? Thanks.

Try this

VIEW-PREFRENCES-COLOR-ANSI MAPPING
Going down the list the defaults should be (I think):

bold=HIGHLIGHT //This is the *bright* colors sometimes refered to as bold, the "bold" value is just the normal colors in bold size
underline=UNDERLINE
Blink=BLINK
reverse=REVERSE
strikeout=

Just the tip I needed, thanks. At first, changing the color schemes of the highlight text (apparently the default ansi mapping/bold setting, or something goofy from my old profile) didn't work. But simpy changing the ANSI mapping bold setting to "bright/dim" as you noted fixed the problem.
