Echo Damage?

Im trying to make it so that whenever my character gets damaged, zmud echos the damage done to me.
heres what my prompt looks like:

2779h, 3377m, 12776e ex-
You spring forwards onto a grizzly bear, and maul him viciously.
2779h, 3382m, 12716e e-
With a guttural growl, a grizzly bear stands up tall and wraps its hairy arms around you, constricting you and allowing it to lock its strong jaws
around the top of your head.
1158h, 3382m, 12726e e-

i want to make it look like this:

2779h, 3377m, 12776e ex-
You spring forwards onto a grizzly bear, and maul him viciously.
2779h, 3382m, 12716e e-
With a guttural growl, a grizzly bear stands up tall and wraps its hairy arms around you, constricting you and allowing it to lock its strong jaws
around the top of your head.
1158h, 3382m, 12726e e- (You got hit for 1621 hp!)

i already have a trigger that puts my current health in a variable, but beyond that im not sure how to get started on this...

can somebody help?

There was a very similar question a few days ago. Have you looked in this forum? Several people came forward with code to do it either via #echo or via a guage.
