Problem with #gag |
I have a script that uses the #gagon and #gagoff commands, but there are times when I don't believe zMUD catches the #gagoff, and I'm stuck with a blank screen. I tried making a button that JUST does the #gagoff command, and that doesn't seem to bring it back.
Any tips?? |

zMUD stacks #GAGON commands. Your text won't be ungagged until you've used #GAGOFF as many times as you used #GAGON.
If you want to force gagging to end immediately, supply a parameter to #GAGOFF.

I encounter this problem on occasion, particularly when working on a new script that uses these commands. When it happens, I send #GAGOFF a bunch (just type it in and strike enter a dozen or so times), and that usually solves it.
When it doesn't, rebooting zMUD does. Not the best solution, but it works. |
