A thought i've been pondering |
Straight to the point, I play Diablo 2 off and on and I was wondering if the ability of zmud and com stuff opening closing perform this etc. If there would be anyway to use zmud alongside d2 to be able to capture the text that items generate ie: I identify a magical sword and when i mouse over it the text is there It's a random thing, I think this is a way off long shot but basically i'm trying to figure out a way to stat my eq without having to write it down on paper then having to write it into word or whatever and then copying and passting the stats of eq when i want to try and trade something. get it? most of the time I mud and when I'm waiting for my char to heal up or get a quest i like to switch over to something else....would just be nice to figure out a way to grab the info without killing so many trees :)
simple "NO WAY" or "possible if your a MIT graduate" will suffice :)
thanks |

I can't think of any way for zMud to interface with D2. You would have to write your own interface program to do this. Being an MIT grad would probably help writing such a program, but is not a requirement.

hehe ya...well hell.
I've just been curious as to all the crap that comes across my internet connection I guess it's mostly encrypted and capturing the text would prolly fill my HD up pretty quick...
hmmm MIT will take a check eh?
